Privacy overview

ProfileAI is an online profile-picture creation tool. We use the information necessary to process a photo, protect the service from excessive use and remember selected interface preferences.

Photo processing

When you upload a photo, it is cropped in your browser and sent to the server for background removal. The processing provider may receive the image only for completing that request. The resulting transparent image is returned to the editor.

Information involved

• The uploaded and cropped image.
• The processed transparent output.
• Basic request information required to operate and secure the service.

Telegram upload notification

After consent is accepted, an upload notification is sent to the site owner through Telegram. This notification may include the submitted photo and basic technical information such as request time, IP address and browser or device user-agent details. Telegram delivery remains part of the current operating workflow.

Automatic one-hour cleanup

Temporary image files saved by ProfileAI on its own server are scheduled for automatic deletion after approximately one hour. Cleanup may run during image-processing requests and through a scheduled server task. Files already delivered to external services are governed by those services’ own handling practices.

Daily usage limits

ProfileAI may record a privacy-preserving identifier based on request information to enforce the free daily processing limit, prevent abuse and protect available background-removal credits. Limit records may contain a date, count and hashed identifier.

Browser preferences

Your browser may store privacy-consent status, dark-mode preference, editor settings and Progressive Web App installation information. These values help the website remember your choices and can be removed through your browser’s site-data controls.

Security and service providers

Reasonable technical measures are used to restrict private configuration files, validate uploads and reduce abuse. No online service can guarantee absolute security. Processing may involve hosting providers, the background-removal provider and Telegram.

• Do not upload a photo unless you agree to the processing notice.
• Use a photo you have the right and permission to process.
• Clear ProfileAI site data from your browser to remove saved preferences.
• Close the page before uploading when you do not accept Telegram notification handling.
