These Terms of Use apply to the ProfileAI website, editor, Progressive Web App and related public pages. Stop using the service when you do not agree.

Eligibility and responsible use

You must be legally able to agree to these terms. A parent or guardian should supervise use by anyone who cannot legally consent on their own.

Rights to uploaded photos

You retain your rights in the photos you upload. You give ProfileAI and its processing providers the limited permission required to receive, process, temporarily store and return the photo. You must have the right and permission to use every uploaded image.

Acceptable use

• Do not upload illegal, abusive, exploitative or privacy-invasive content.
• Do not impersonate another person or create misleading identity materials.
• Do not attempt to bypass daily limits, security controls or service restrictions.
• Do not automate excessive requests against the free website.
• Do not reverse engineer, disrupt or damage the service.

Generated and exported images

You are responsible for reviewing generated results before publishing or relying on them. ProfileAI does not guarantee that background removal, edge detection, colors, dimensions or templates will be perfect for every image or platform.

Free processing and daily limits

The free service may enforce daily request limits per user, device, network or privacy-preserving identifier. Limits can change to protect service availability, manage third-party processing credits and prevent abuse.

Developer API preview

The Free, Best and Pro API packages shown on the API page are visual previews only. They are not available for purchase, activation or production use. Proposed features, quotas, prices and launch dates may change or be removed.

Availability and changes

ProfileAI may update, pause, restrict or discontinue any feature without guaranteeing continuous availability. Maintenance, hosting issues, processing providers, daily quotas or internet conditions may affect the service.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided on an “as available” basis without guarantees of uninterrupted operation, exact output quality or fitness for a particular purpose. To the extent allowed by law, ProfileAI is not liable for indirect losses, publication decisions, third-party platform actions or misuse of generated images.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be revised as ProfileAI features, providers or legal requirements change. The date displayed on this page identifies the latest published version. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
